Welcome to HouseCleanerOfSanMateo.com. By using our website and booking our services, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities.


1. Services Provided

House Cleaner of San Mateo offers residential, office, and Airbnb cleaning services within San Mateo County and surrounding areas. Services are provided by trained professionals using eco-friendly products, unless otherwise requested.


2. Scheduling & Cancellations

  • Booking: Appointments can be requested online, by phone, or email. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
     
  • Cancellations: We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Same-day cancellations may be subject to a fee of up to 50% of the service cost.
     
  • No-Show Policy: If we arrive at a scheduled appointment and are unable to access the property, a minimum fee of $50 may apply.
     

3. Payments

  • Payment Methods: We accept major credit/debit cards, cash, Zelle, and Venmo.
     
  • Due Date: Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon.
     
  • Late Payments: Overdue payments may incur a late fee and may delay future bookings.
     

4. Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of your cleaning, please notify us within 24 hours and we will return to address the issue at no extra charge.


5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing safe, clear access to the property during the scheduled time
     
  • Securing valuables and sensitive documents prior to cleaning
     
  • Notifying us in advance of special instructions, allergies, or access requirements
     

6. Limitations of Liability

While we take every precaution to deliver exceptional care, we are not liable for:

  • Pre-existing damage to property or surfaces
     
  • Damage caused by improper installation or unstable fixtures
     
  • Items not secured or disclosed as fragile
     

Our cleaners are insured for your protection.


7. Privacy

All personal information submitted to us is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We will never sell or share your data without your consent.


8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
